Our guides are written from the perspective of two experienced travel journalists who have spent more than two decades evaluating cruise vacations around the world. Since 2002, we’ve sailed on more than 150 cruises aboard 120 cruise ships, from intimate expedition ships carrying fewer than 20 guests to some of the world’s largest cruise ships. Every voyage adds perspective, but no cruise is judged against unrealistic expectations or marketing promises—only against the experience it delivers.
