We spend seven nights aboard Celebrity Apex
Day Seven - Nassau, Bahamas
We spend our final day aboard Apex relaxing at The Retreat and enjoying a special meal at Cypress restaurant.
Is there anything worse than waking up on a cruise ship to the realization that it is the last day of the cruise? We decided we would change up our routine a bit today by having breakfast at Luminae, Apex’s private dining room reserved for suite guests. Luminae is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner on sea days, and breakfast and dinner on port days. The dining room is beautiful, located on Deck 15 forward, with one wall of glass for ocean views. The breakfast menu is quite extensive and offers something for everyone.
The Breakfast menu at luminae
Rickee ordered the Eggs Benedict, Classic style, and I ordered my usual: two eggs over medium with English Back Bacon and Corned Beef Hash. We also ordered a Belgian Waffle with strawberries and bananas to share. Our evil plan was to have a nice breakfast, then skip lunch and save room for our final dinner tonight at Cyprus. More about that later.

Belgian Waffle with Bananas and Strawberries (and whipped cream)
Rickee’s poached eggs were a little undercooked with some of the egg whites still “runny”. The waffle, which turned out to be two waffles (one with bananas on top and the other with strawberries on top) was amazing. The whipped cream is a must. My eggs were perfectly cooked and the bacon delicious.
After breakfast, we decided to go ahead and get the miserable task of packing out of the way so that we did not have to think about it the rest of the day. This took about 45 minutes. Packing to go home is always easier and quicker than packing for the cruise, since you don’t have to pick out what you are going to pack. And, you don’t have to be as careful with dirty clothes! With our packing duties complete, we still have a beautiful bottle of chilled Champagne staring at us from across the suite. So, we decided to take the bottle with us to The Retreat on Deck 16 forward. One of the waiters was more than willing to ice it down for us in a bucket and bring us two plastic champagne flutes (plastic for safety outdoors).
Enjoying Champagne at The Retreat
In case you are wondering why we did not get off the ship in Nassau, we were informed that the local government was only allowing guests to disembark the ship if they were on a ship’s excursion. Once again, the Bahamian government officials think they can outsmart a virus. In spite of that restriction, we probably would have stayed on board Apex anyway. We have already seen everything there is to see in Nassau. Okay, back to the champagne.
The enjoyment of laying in one of the cabanas at The Retreat and consuming a bottle of Veuve Clicquot was only interrupted by the constant and annoying sound of a jackhammer at a nearby construction site. By the time Afternoon Tea time rolled around, we forgot our pledge not to eat anything until dinner. Suite guests are treated to Afternoon Tea each day at The Retreat Lounge on Deck 15 forward.

Scones on offer at Afternoon Tea at The Retreat Lounge
We did limit ourselves to only one finger sandwich, which was quite tasty! I mentioned that we had reservations for dinner this evening at Cyprus Restaurant, our first meal in one of the four Main Dining Restaurants on Apex. Each of the four MDRs has its own theme, unique decor and menu of specialty items. However, each of the restaurants also has a selection of Celebrity Signature items as well as Classic Starters and Classic Entrees.
Cyprus Restaurant Menu
What made this meal unique is that I had made a special request through our Butler, Anand, for some Indian cuisine, which is not typically on any of the restaurant menus. Sure, you can get Indian dishes at Oceanview Cafe, which are quite good. But, Indian food on a buffet always lacks the spice and the heat of traditional Indian cuisine. If you are not sweating, you are not doing it right. So, I asked Anand if it was possible to have one of the chefs prepare a couple of really spicy Indian dishes for me one evening. He looked puzzled at first, but then agreed to check on it for me. The next day, we were informed that we could pick any of the four dining rooms for my special meal. We chose Cyprus, the Greek-themed restaurant.
Rickee and I both ordered soups and starters from the Cyprus menu (above). Our waiter encouraged us to try the Hot Melted Cheese Saganaki to share, which we did. I ordered the Cream of Wild Forest Mushroom Soup, as did Rickee.
Hot Melted Cheese Saganaki at Cyprus
The Saganaki was very rich, consisting of a thin layer of baked, stringy cheese, about the consistency of Mozzarella, but more flavorful. A squeeze of lemon on the cheese really does brighten the dish. I think I enjoyed it more than Rickee and I would definitely order it again. However, it is really more than one person can eat.
The Cream of Mushroom Soup was as good as I have had anywhere. If it were served in a bread bowl you would swear it was the Mushroom Soup served in Prego on Crystal Cruises. Yeah, it’s that good.
Once our soup course was over, our waiter delivered our main dishes. Rickee ordered the Greek-Style Grilled Sea Bass from the Cyprus menu, and of course, I was served my Indian specialties.
Greek-Style Grilled Sea Bass
Indian special order at Cypress
Rickee seemed to enjoy her Sea Bass and my Indian feast consisted of a bowl of Chicken Tikka Masala and another of Pork Vindaloo along with a bowl of fluffy Basmati rice. Both the chicken and pork dishes were well seasoned and had enough hot spices to form beads of sweat on my forehead by the time I was finished. I was also served a plate of vegetable Pakora (below), deep fried potato in a spicy batter and served with a mint chutney and a mango chutney. It was also delicious. I was very pleased with my special Indian meal and impressed with how Celebrity can accommodate such a special request,
Once again, Rickee and I are forced to skip dessert as we are both filled to the brim. Tomorrow, Celebrity Apex will arrive back in Port Everglades and we will fly back to Dallas. We have thoroughly enjoyed our week aboard Apex. Watch our YouTube channel for more content as we tell you everything we loved about Apex, and a few things we would like to see improved.
Day Six - At Sea
A relaxing day at sea as we sail to Nassau, Bahamas and a great dinner at Rooftop Grill.
Today is our final day at sea before we arrive at Nassau, Bahamas, and then we will sail back to Port Everglades. We have been blessed with very calm seas on this sailing with virtually no motion throughout the cruise.
This morning, we attended an interesting game taking place in The Club called “Lost In Time” where teams were given clues on how to crack a code necessary to release a time traveler from being suspended in time. Weird, but kind of interesting. It is sort of like an escape room game.
For lunch today we went back to Luminae, the private dining room for suite guests. Rickee ordered the Steak Frites and I had another Luminae Signature Burger and both were very good.
Luminae Signature Burger
The afternoon was spent on our balcony just relaxing and reading as the ocean calmly moved by us. It was a peaceful day at sea.
This evening, we visited the Grand Plaza where we enjoyed live music from dance quartet, Soundtrack, and a pre-dinner drink.
Dance Quartet, Soundtrack
For dinner this evening, we have made reservations at Rooftop Grill, located on Deck 15 aft. The Rooftop Grill is located at the Rooftop Garden, and the outdoor dining venue is clad with live foliage. All seating is outdoors and surrounds the open kitchen where you can watch the chefs prepare your meal.
Rooftop Grill Open Kitchen
This is definitely one of the most unique dining venues we have experienced on a cruise ship. The setting is very peaceful and romantic and the service approaches perfection. After we are seated, we are offered a cocktail or glass of wine. We choose one of the signature cocktails, the Cucumber Southside ($11) which was delicious.
The menu offers multiple courses of barbecued and grilled items. I started with the chicken wings which come with a “dry” spice rub or a “wet” spicy buffalo sauce. I asked for a sample of each. The order comes with eight wings. My favorite was the dry spice rub. Rickee started with a Caprese Salad which was a blend of cherry tomatoes, Mozzarella and basil drizzled with olive oil and balsamic. It was delicious.

Rickee’s Caprese Salad
After the first course, our main courses arrived. I ordered the pork ribs with the same dry spice rub used on the chicken wings. As with the wings, you can order them wet or dry. I liked the dry rub so much that I opted for that instead of the sauced ribs.
Rickee ordered the Trio of Pulled Pork Sliders, which is actually listed as an appetizer, but she asked for it as her main course. And, honestly, three pulled pork sliders is way too large for an appetizer. We each ordered a side of creamed corn, which I really enjoyed. The ribs were fall-apart tender and the rub was a perfect seasoning. The ribs also came with jalapeno cornbread, which was just so-so.

Once again, the portions were so large that we were forced to skip dessert. I should mention that we pre-booked and paid for our reservation at Rooftop Grill through the Celebrity website about 10 days before the cruise. I would advise making restaurant reservations as soon as you can.
After dinner, Rickee and I made one lap around the walking track before heading in for the evening. Tomorrow will be our last day aboard Celebrity Apex and the ship will be docked in Nassau, Bahamas.
Day Five - St. Thomas
Apex is docked in St. Thomas, but Covid restrictions have us staying on board the ship today.
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
This morning, Apex is docked at Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, one of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Guests on board are only allowed to disembark the vessel here if they have booked one of the ship’s shore excursions. So, unfortunately, we will not be going ashore to make our usual liquor purchases to take home.
Even though the ship in in port, many people have opted to stay on board and the Apex cruise staff have plenty of activities going on today. We once again tried our hand at Team Trivia. Today’s challenge was emoji trivia where a series of emojis were displayed on the screen and we had to try to figure out the title of a movie. For example, can you figure out the title to the movie represented by the emojis below?
After Trivia, we attended a session on perspective drawing. We were each given a piece of paper, a ruler and a pencil and, Alexa, one of the cruise staff, explained the technique for creating a perspective drawing. It was pretty interesting and different from any activity we have experienced on any other cruise.
When Apex is in port, lunch options are limited to Mast Grill, Oceanview Cafe, Room Service or Le Grand Bistro on Deck 5. Even though there is a $20/pp cover charge, we decided to give Le Grand Bistro a try. The menu is pretty extensive here with a choice of appetizers, soups, salads and main courses. I ordered the Lobster Bisque, the Chèvre Crepe and Steak Frites (steak and French Fries).
Crepe
Lobster Bisque
Steak Frites
The crepe arrived first and was substantial, but the garlic cream filling lacked any real garlic flavor. The Lobster Bisque was served in a bowl topped with a flaky puff pastry and was delicious. It was one of the best Lobster Bisques I have ever had.
By the time our main courses arrived, Rickee and I were both stuffed. I was only able to make it half way through my steak before crying UNCLE. Of course, we skipped the dessert course. In our opinion, Le Grand Bistro is well worth the $20 cover charge based on food quality, quantity and relaxed atmosphere.
The lunch was so filling that we skipped dinner entirely this evening and opted for a cocktail in Eden Bar. Unfortunately, this evening’s show, Tree of Life, was cancelled due to ‘technical difficulties’ so, instead, we went back to The Club to watch the Yes/No Game. This game involves guests being asked a series of questions by Cruise Director, Lauren, and if they can go three minutes without saying the words “Yes” or “No”, they win. Of course, Rickee just had to try her hand at it and she could only last 30 seconds before uttering “uh huh”, which counts as a “yes”.
Rickee plays YES or NO
About eight different guests took their turn in the “hot seat”, and nobody was able to go more than 90 seconds without saying “Yes” or “No”. Everyone had a great time and a lot of laughs.
Tomorrow is our last day at sea before we arrive at Nassau, Bahamas.
Day Four - Basseterre, St. Kitts
Celebrity Apex is docked in Basseterre, St. Kitts today, but we stay onboard.
This morning, Celebrity Apex is docked in Basseterre, St. Kitts. Rickee and I have a lot planned for today, but none of it involves getting off of the ship. We have been to St. Kitts several times and have seen just about all there is to see here. By contrast, we are just beginning to explore all that Celebrity Apex has to offer.
This morning, we return to The Club to enjoy another round of Trivia. We did much better today, coming in first place in one contest. They have some very interesting trivia games on Celebrity.
For lunch today, we decided on Mast Grill on Deck 14. This is Celebrity Apex’s pool grill serving burgers, hot dogs, fries, etc. Unfortunately, there are no onion rings on the menu here. I had the cheeseburger and Rickee had the hot dog. The cheeseburger was good and the fries were crispy. We took our food out to the Magic Carpet to enjoy.
After lunch, we spent the afternoon at The Spa and Thermal Suite and we each enjoyed a Deep Tissue Massage. The 50-minute massages were $179 each, which is certainly on the high side of what a massage will cost at most spas, but the treatment was excellent. The Thermal Suite offers a Hammam room, a steam room, a salt inhalation room, and a crystalarium. There is also a dry sauna, which I was never able to locate. The heated tile loungers are very comfortable and you can easily fall asleep on them. The shower therapy room is also very unique. However, some might be disappointed to learn that there is no Thalasso pool in the thermal suite.
After an invigorating massage, we decided to treat ourselves to a cocktail at The Retreat on Deck 16 forward. This private pool area is reserved for suite guests and has its own bar service and a variety of very comfortable sun loungers.
The Retreat on Celebrity Apex in St. Kitts
For dinner this evening, our butler (yes, Sky Suite guests have butlers!) arranged a reservation for us at Raw On 5 (previously, Sushi On 5). The restaurant was nearly empty on our visit, which is a shame since this turned out to be the best meal we have had so far on Apex! Our meal started with an unusual Amuse Bouche of fried calamari with the most delicate tempura batter I have ever tasted. Neither of us are big fans of calamari and would never order it, but this was delicious. The calamari was tender and obviously very fresh, not rubbery and chewy like the calamari I have had in the past. The Thai-inspired dipping sauce was amazing.
Rickee’s Spicy Shrimp Stir-Fry came with a big bowl of Udon noodles in a rich, spicy sauce that was to die for. It was one of the best noodle dishes I have ever tasted, and Rickee agreed. Raw On 5 is highly recommended.
After dinner, we had just enough time to walk down a couple of decks to see the Chandelier Light Show over The Martini Bar. This is the “flair” show performed by the Martini Bartenders where they are tossing bottles in the air, behind their backs and showing their skills. The highlight is the “Martini Pour” at the end.
The Martini Pour
There is also some excellent musical entertainment here in the evening. Tonight a duo, Jam in the Jukebox, is performing here.
I overheard another guest who had been on Apex on the previous cruise say that tonight’s show, Rockumentary, was not to be missed. So, Rickee and I made sure to get good seats for our first real production show of the cruise. We were NOT disappointed. This was one of the best cruise ship rock-n-roll retrospective production shows we have ever seen. All of the singers were excellent, but the two female singers were amazing. And, the band was incredible as well. When you sail on Apex, DON’T miss Rockumentary!
Tomorrow, Celebrity Apex will be docked in St. Thomas.
Day Three - A Day At Sea
We enjoy another day at sea aboard Celebrity Apex.
I learned this morning that The Retreat Lounge is open 24 hours a day and that coffee service begins at 7am. That is good news for me since I tend to get up between 5am and 6am and like to get my blogging done early. And, I prefer a quiet, peaceful place to work away from the stateroom so that I don’t interrupt Rickee’s sleep. The Retreat Lounge is the perfect spot!
While on the topic of blogging, which requires me to access the Internet to post our blog, photos and Instagram posts, the WiFi onboard has been abysmal for the past two days. It seemed to be decent on the first day, but since then, it has slowed to a crawl. And, before you ask, YES, we have the upgraded Streaming WiFi option. I can’t imagine what the “classic” WiFi package is like! I have been fighting this battle on cruise ships since 2001 when the first cruise ships began offering Internet. In fact, I would have to say that this could be one of the worst Wifi experiences I have had on a cruise. I cannot even get my blogs posted on time because of the slow Internet speeds.
Honestly, the technology has not improved much in 20 years. Celebrity promotes this WiFi as being capable to stream video, but so far, I have barely been able to get a web page to fully load within 30 seconds. And, just so you know, I have the latest MacBook Pro with the M1 chip and a new iPhone 13 Pro. Maybe Internet speed will improve later in the cruise. If so, I will make sure to report it.
The Retreat Lounge
Today is another day at sea as we sail toward St. Kitts, our first port-of-call. A sea day means relaxation and more time to explore the activities onboard. For lunch today, we are back at Oceanview Cafe.
Oceanview Cafe
Rickee has the sandwich station make her a ham-and-cheese sandwich on a fresh French baguette while I am intrigued by the huge platter of braised oxtail.
Braised Oxtail
Rickee enjoyed her sandwich and I had to go back for seconds on the oxtail as it was delicious. As we are leaving Oceanview Cafe, Rickee stops at Scoops for a Coffee Gelato cone.
This afternoon, as the sun was beginning to set, we decided to open our bottle of complimentary champagne and enjoy a glass on our balcony as we watched the sun go down.
This evening, we returned to The Retreat Lounge for a cocktail while trying to decide what to do for dinner. There are so many dining choices on Apex it can be hard to decide. Should we go to Luminae, the private dining room for suite guests? We looked over the evening menu at Luminae and nothing really appealed to us.
Then we considered going to one of the four main dining rooms, but honestly, we began to realize that neither of us was really very hungry after the lunch at Oceanview Cafe. We opted to go back to Oceanview Cafe for something light. The service at Oceanview Cafe in the evening is reduced from lunchtime, but they still have a lot of options available. I had a Chicken Caesar Salad and Rickee fixed herself a plate of bread, olives cheese and other snacks. Oceanview Cafe was not crowded at all and we were able to find a nice quiet table by a window.
Tomorrow, we will be in St. Kitts.
Day Two - A Day At Sea
Our first full day at sea has us enjoying lunch at Luminae and dinner at Le Petit Chef & Friends.
Today, Celebrity Apex is sailing toward the island of St. Kitts, which will be our first port-of-call on this itinerary. Just prior to boarding, we learned that our original itinerary which was scheduled to make a port call in San Juan, Puerto Rico, had been modified. Apparently, the powers-to-be in PR think they can outsmart a virus by restricting cruise ships from docking there. I am sure that there may be some people on board who will be disappointed at missing a visit to Puerto Rico, but if you are going to cruise during a pandemic, you have to expect changes and be flexible with your plans.
My day started with coffee and blogging at Oceanview Cafe just as the sun is beginning to rise. The drip coffee machines are available 24 hours a day and the coffee is decent.
Oceanview Cafe at sunrise
As Oceanview Cafe began to fill with breakfast diners, I decide to move my blogging duties to The Retreat Lounge which is reserved for suite guests. It is much more peaceful here and a great place to get some work done.
Once my blogging was complete, Rickee and I decided to try our hand at Trivia which was being held in The Club.
Trivia at The Club
While we did not win at Trivia, we did get 11 out of 15 questions correctly answered and only missed winning by one answer. For lunch today, we wanted to try Luminae, the private dining room reserved for suite guests.
Rickee checks out the lunch menu at Luminae
We were informed that the menu at Luminae changes every day and there are some suite guests who dine exclusively at Luminae. The dining room is beautiful and much larger than we expected. I ordered the signature Luminae Cheeseburger with Truffle Fries. My burger was cooked perfectly to order and was quite good. The truffle fries were good, but were not hot. Had they been right out of the fryer, they would have been perfect.
The Luminae Signature Cheeseburger with Truffle Fries
We will go into more detail about dining at Luminae in our Apex Dining Review video which will be posted to our YouTube channel at the conclusion of this sailing.
After lunch, we thought it might be a good idea to burn off some of the calories with a walk around the pool deck. There is a very unique walking/jogging track on Decks 14 and 15. The track slopes up and down between the decks and has quite a few twists and turns. Unfortunately, it was so windy on the outer decks that it was all I could do to keep my cap from blowing off my head! When we reached the Sunset Bar (Deck 15 aft) we decided to take a break and enjoy the view of the ocean.
For dinner this evening, we had a reservation at Le Petit Chef & Family. This was one of the most unique dining experiences we have ever had. The multi-course set menu is served on tables that become animated with cartoon characters who prepare each course. It is really well-conceived and a dining experience everyone sailing on Apex should try at least once.
One of the animations at LE Petit Chef & Family
After dinner, we had just enough time to get to the theater for this evening’s performance by Brianna Faulk. Ms. Faulk was one of the top 40 finalists on American Idol and she performed a tribute to Tina Turner. The show was very good, although the theater for the second show was less than half full.
Brianna Faulk pays tribute to Tina Turner
Tomorrow is another day at sea before we arrive at St. Kitts.
Day One - Embarkation Port Everglades
We spend our first day and night on Celebrity Apex
PRE-CRUISE AT HILTON MARINA FT. LAUDERDALE
We flew into Fort Lauderdale yesterday and spent one pre-cruise night at the Hilton Marina hotel in Fort Lauderdale, which is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Port Everglades. As a pre-cruise hotel, I would say the Hilton Marina is average. Room rates are about $225 to $250 per night and there is an additional $30 per night “resort fee” that is supposed to include shuttle rides to the beach, high-speed internet and $20 in food and beverage credit. Don’t get too excited about the $20 F&B credit though. The breakfast buffet, which oddly is set up in the hotel’s ballroom, costs $31 per person!
EMBARKATION PROCESS
We were assigned an embarkation time of 11:00am - 11:30am. We ordered a Lyft ride from the hotel and arrived at the port at 11am, right on time! We had completed the online check-in process through the Celebrity app prior to arriving at the ship.
When we unloaded our luggage, porters took our luggage which would later be delivered to our stateroom. We were directed to the check-in area, which was not crowded at all. It was about 10:45am when we arrived for our 11am scheduled check-in. We expected to wait the 15 minutes, but were allowed to check-in ahead of time. First, our negative Covid tests were checked before we were allowed to proceed indoors where we put our hand luggage through the x-ray machines and passed through the security checkpoint. Just a few steps ahead we met Annette, who checked our boarding passes and determined that we needed to check in at The Retreat check-in desk. So, we walked back through security to The Retreat check-in area. We completely forgot that we had access to The Retreat on this sailing and missed the special check-in desk.
Once at The Retreat check-in, our boarding passes and passports were checked and, within 5 minutes, we were being escorted on board Celebrity Apex. The check-in and embarkation process was extremely efficient and smooth.
Rickee checks in at The Retreat check-in desk
Once on board, we were invited to drop our hand luggage in our stateroom and then enjoy lunch. Staterooms are not typically ready until 1pm, but Celebrity does allow you to drop your hand luggage in your stateroom and obtain your room keys, which are in sealed envelopes outside of the stateroom. One of the stateroom attendants was making up our bed when we arrived, so we just dropped our luggage and headed to Oceanview Cafe for a light lunch.
Oceanview Cafe
Oceanview Cafe is the ship’s Lido buffet located on Deck 14 aft and it is perhaps one of the most elegant buffet areas we have seen on any ship. The decor is Celebrity’s signature contemporary but the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass walls really make the space look open and impressive. Watch our YouTube channel for a more in-depth review of Oceanview Cafe.
Instead of long, continuous service lines, Oceanview has several serving stations, or islands. This breaks up the traffic and makes it unnecessary to stand in long lines for extended periods. Each station has its own cuisine, so at lunchtime you might find Asian cuisine at one station, the Bakery at another, and so on.
The Bakery at Oceanview Cafe
We enjoyed a light lunch today since we have a 6pm reservation for dinner at Eden Restaurant. I did try one of the Indian specialties on the buffet along with a slice of pizza. Rickee had some fruit and a baguette. Everything was fresh, reasonably hot for a buffet, and tasted good. Even though we are not big buffet fans, we will definitely re-visit Oceanview Cafe during this cruise.
A huge pan of fried chicken at Oceanview Cafe
After lunch, we headed to our AquaClass stateroom (10223). The stateroom was now ready to be occupied and our first task was to shoot video and photos for our YouTube review of the stateroom. Just as we were finishing up our video walkthrough, we were made aware that we had the opportunity to “move up” to a Sky Suite! With tomorrow being my birthday, how could we refuse such an incredible opportunity?
AquaClass Stateroom 10223
Before long, a butler arrived to escort us to our Sky Suite (10152) located on the same deck, but more forward. The Sky Suite is much larger at nearly 400 sq. ft., comes with butler service and a host of other amenities. Don’t worry, we will do a complete review video of both the AquaClass Infinite Balcony stateroom and the Sky Suite. So, make sure you subscribe to our YouTube channel (@cruisereport) and click the Notification Bell so you get notified of our upcoming videos on Apex!
Sky Suite 10152
We barely had time to explore all that the Sky Suite has to offer before we had to get ready for our 6pm dinner reservation. We changed clothes and decided to check out The Retreat Lounge for a quick pre-dinner cocktail. The Retreat Lounge is a private lounge located on Deck 15 forward and is reserved for suite guests. The Retreat Lounge is a very comfortable and relaxed space and we plan to spend more time there during the cruise.
We enjoy Prosecco at The Retreat Lounge
We arrived at Eden Restaurant in time for our 6pm dinner reservation. We were seated at the aft most window seat with a view of the ship’s wake below us. The sun was setting as we arrived and it was a magical view.
The view from our table at Eden Restaurant
We enjoyed our meal at Eden and will, of course, be delivering a full review on our YouTube channel soon. After dinner, we tried our luck at the casino, which was a painful reminder of why we should never step foot in a casino again! With our pockets a bit lighter, we decided to watch the Patriots vs. Bills on the television in our Sky Suite, so it was an early night for us!
Tomorrow is a day at sea aboard Celebrity Apex. More to come!
